Instructional Baking Classes
Providing the opportunity to bake in a commercial kitchen, Lady J will work side-by-side with you in every stage of the baking process. All you have to do is show up and bring your curiosity to learn!
Lady J will show you hands-on how to mix, proof, score, design & bake. Each participant will take home a finished product and raw dough to take home and practice what they've learned.
Options are Sourdough, Focaccia, Bagels, Pretzels, Baguettes, Gluten-Free & more!

Additional per person charge $100.

“Bake & Sip” Parties
Create your own edible masterpiece under the tutelage of Kneaded by Lady J. Whatever type of bread you choose, Lady J will prepare the dough in advance for you. All you have to do is show up and have a great time with your friends!
Lady J & her team will provide you with supplies and inspiration to score and decorate your bread art and then bake it for you while you enjoy time with your group. Menu available for your party to enjoy as well - all prepared by Lady J!
Perfect for birthday parties, showers, date night, "girls night out", team-building or just for fun!

"Graze & Sip" Parties
Bring your friends, a bottle of wine and enjoy a fun casual night of charcuterie artistry! Come to our studio to learn the basics of creating a beautiful charcuterie board.
Kneaded by Lady J will provide all the ingredients, including artisanal meats, cheeses, roasted & pickled vegetables, homemade crostini, seasonal fruits & other delicious tidbits. She will walk you through cutting & design techniques that will take your plain old meat & cheese platter to the next level! Graze while you build. An art class you can eat!
